Meet Ashleigh, our new operations manager

We are so excited to announce the hire of our wonderful Operations Manager Ashleigh. We sat down to ask her some questions to help you get to know her a little better.

- Who is someone you admire, and why?

My mum - She has always inspired me with her strength, resilience, and unmatched work ethic.

- Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?

I love a DIY project! I am very handy with a hammer, drill, and screwdriver - my latest project was designing and creating a busy board for my little girl's first birthday.

I am a qualified hairdresser. When I left school I didn’t know what I wanted to do so I fell into hairdressing but it was never my passion. I always gravitated towards the people management side even back when I managed the salon and training team.

- Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up?

I wanted to be a police officer… mainly because I love problem-solving and because I’m nosey.

- What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?

My goal is to have a very healthy work-life balance so I am able to excel at work and also as a mum to my little girl. I’d love for both aspects of my life to be thriving.
